Every human being on this planet has the potential to be rich. Bar None!

It's a pretty bold statement, but it is true. You can create your own lifestyle financially independent in a multitude of ways. Today we will examine recurring revenue that your vehicle for wealth creation.

Recurring income is the money flowing in your bank account on a regular basis. Some common business models that take advantage of recurring revenues include subscriptions and membership fees.

The most common recurring online programs pay on a monthly basis. Some pay on a yearly calendar or bi-annually, according to plan payment. Many rich people have developed independently of their empires using these business models.

Subscriptions and Fees membership

Subscriptions and membership fees work the same way. The subscriber or a member is granted access a product or service in exchange for a recurring payment scheduled.

This business model guarantees the subscriber / service members has continued and guarantees the provider of a service stop, a guaranteed income.

But there are pitfalls. If you consider creating a recurring billing product, you may be in a mad rush. The following case study is the way of real life that I took at the creation the work site from the deputies.

CASE STUDY: The work of private membership site

In preliminary research, I decided to keep everything internally, except for payment processing. It gave me more control throughout the process, but created a lot more work at first.

The basic modules were assembled and race membership area, were:

1. Composition software for creating logins and passwords

2. Affiliate software for tracking affiliate sales and commissions

3. Autoresponder

4. Payment Processor

Explore the software to use is a matter of trial and error, but I finally ended up choosing:

1. Membership Manager from Groundbreaker

2. Ultimate Affiliate Manager to manage membership functions

3. Plus autoresponder software autoresponder

4. PayPal / 2CheckOut to process recurring payments

The next step was to have a programmer to connect the dots and play all three programs together very well. This step was when I realized that I did everything backwards.

Instead of finding the software and the programmer, I found the programmer and let them decide how to create the system. I was now at a crossroads. Should I leave the software that I have purchased and from Ground Zero, or should I invest in a programmer to try to play all the software together.

Long story short, I decided on the second option and paid a programmer a small fortune to try the impossible. Ultimately, the professional company works 90% on autopilot and 10% on the manual.

It was a long and costly process, but a great learning experience. And the adventure is far from over.

Now I had a cool private membership site, with a $ 5,762 price. Then I had fill it with content. It took two months to complete the content and get things rolling.

Fast forward to today.

Challenge

Both Edwin and I are spending 80% of our time to market of business professionals and not enough time to create solid content in the member area.

Solution:

Outsource the marketing of a handful of qualified contractors, then we can concentrate on upgrading the members section.

Marketing collect and keep 100% of membership fees and we get a constant stream of new members who order our products and services. This business model is based cooperative stronger, more profitable for everyone.

Abstract:

Generate a recurring monthly income by building a membership website is a great concept. In practical terms, is an expensive way to learn the ropes.

My recommendation to anyone considering a recurring monthly income is, start by promoting an existing product or service. You'll save much time and energy and can start generating a profit your first month in business.
